Terra, and Her Evolutions

Well, for a long time I haven't really posted anything so I decided to show you just how many different versions made of Terra.

Oh yeah, and before I forget, the first one was so bad I had to scrap it.

Note: I'm taking a long time 'cause school's back and the flail (especially the chain) is killing me.

Note 2: I'm also experimenting on different styles as an influence from other deviantArt artists (like Shilin and Yuumei) as well as Pandora Hearts. I've been reading about a whole lot of symbolism in Jun Mochizuki http://twilightvisions.com/pandora.html I don't recommend reading this if you hate it when a storyline is revealed before you get to the right part, as the warning states the site's chock-full of spoilers.

I Actually DID Something this Holiday

As the title says, I did do something, not much but I did do something. I consider that an achievement since I always delay things to the day itself for school. 

I wanted to put more pictures on here so here's the scan of my scrap.

The rose looked better in the sketch than the lineart... 

That's about it I guess.

Snippets and Some Last Minute Panicking

So school's kept me real busy for the past few months and I thought I should give you a preview of some of the stuff I've done.

The first is Phyre the Fire Maiden (she looks more like a Valkyrie though), still in the process of CG-ing, and the small bottom picture is Terra the Earth Maiden (is it just me or are the girls looking less and less like maidens?) Yeah... I'm still trying to come up with a suitable tattoo for the Earth Ambassadors. I'd show you them all but I am currently panicking to get stuff done (re: projects, revising for tests, high school problems, etc... you get the picture). 

Expect me to be more active mid-April/May-ish.

So Sorry!

I am so sorry I couldn't post Aquaria up before the new year! I am really bad at keeping my attention on things.

Please understand that the holidays make me some what as busy as school does :( sadly I'm not the type to work on things that require much effort when I could just be doing something else.

Oh yeah, I forgot about how UTTERLY ANNOYING making Aquaria is. I've had to make three or four of her to find a nice pose and okay-ish features. But when I was digitising it, all hell broke loose. Her proportions were wrong, eyes set to far together, and so on. Yes, I'm a perfectionist on this sort of thing, I can't help it, it has to be good enough for the rest of you to see.

I hope you guys will be fine with just the sketch for now.

Hi Guys!

So, school's coming up again and I won't be able to update much - as in, a single finished, full coloured work with a background would be a miracle.

I know people don't exactly enjoy waiting too long so I've opened this blog in hopes to gives you something to look forward to. Think of it as a preview or a teaser so is to say.

On this blog I shall post the original sketches to my pictures so you have a good idea about how'll it'll turn out.
